What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment

  • Ccavenue : All the major Credit/Debit cards/Bank accounts

  • Account Transfer: Add any one of the following accounts as beneficiaries to your account and make a transfer through internet banking

  • IMPS (Immediate Payment Service): using MMID No need to add beneficiary to your account. The target account is credited immediately when a fund transfer request is made from your side through internet banking.

  • Cash Deposit : Walk-in to any one of these bank branches and do a cash deposit

  • Cheque Deposit: Walk-in to any bank branch / ATM and drop an account payee cheque. For cheque deposit we will process the order once the cheque is cleared.

For methods 2-5, account details will be sent with order confirmation mail.

Payment Successful. But did not receive Order Confirmation mail

This may occur when the connection is disrupted or browser closed or technical issues in server, before the payment processing is completed.If you do not receive order confirmation mail after 20 mins, please contact us. We will talk to ccavenue,resolve the issue and process your order.

SHIPPING

We realize how important it is to save money on your craft supplies, and that includes the cost of shipping. In general, we keep our standard shipping prices as low as possible while utilizing carriers with proven track records.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship outside India.But you will not be able to place order in website. Please get in touch with us, with your requirement

Do you service all over India?

Yes we can ship to any address that has a postal zipcode. If yours is a small town, our shipping partner may not be able to deliver you the parcel.We will then ship it through Speed post.Please note that shipping charges may vary. So please contact us before you place the order.

How is the shipping charge calculated?

Keeping your best interests in mind, we provide competitive shipping charges throughout India. Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance. We send through First Flight, Maruti and Speed post

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the full payment. Some items may take longer than usual. It would be mentioned in the product description of such items. So, please read the product description carefully, before ordering.

How long does my order take to reach me?

Depending upon your place of living, the delivery takes anywhere between 2-5 working days. For North East it may take up to 12 days.

What do I do when the parcel does not reach me in 3 days?

A tracking number is sent to you, after your order is shipped. Please track the order through the carrier's website. If the item is not being delivered, check with their customer care. If you are still not getting your parcel,do let us know. We will do all possible things, to get it delivered.

The tracking shows delivered.But the parcel is not delivered. What do I do?

Please check with your security/watchman first. He might have collected on your behalf. Please contact them before you contact us.

I was out when your shipping partner came to deliver the parcel. What do I do?

You will be contacted via the phone number you gave while you registered with us. If they could not reach you, there will be 2 more attempts for deliveries. If they still could not deliver,they ship it back to us. For shipping the parcel again, an additional shipping charge has to be paid.

What should I do when the parcel is tampered/misshaped during delivery?

We ensure that the parcel is well packed and goes out in good condition.When you find it tampered/broken/misshaped, you should refuse to accept the parcel .And contact us within 24 hours. If receptionist/watchman/neighbour accepts on your behalf, it is considered as accepted by you.

What should I do,when wrong item is received?

You orders are cross verified, before they are packed to ensure all items are correct. In spite of our best efforts, in case you receive a wrong item, please mail us within 3 days of order delivery. We shall replace it. If it requires that you ship the item back to us,your shipping charges would be issued as store credit.

RETURNS

Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
  • Damages due to misuse of product

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

  • Imported Products like inks, punches, machines are received sealed and are sold on an as is basis.

  • All sales under Clearance Section are final. No returns & refund will be entertained.

If we are bearing your return shipping charges, please make sure, you are using an economical shipping method. Premium shipping charges will not be refunded fully.

I want to return 1 or 2 items from order?

Please mail us regarding the same. Our Terms of returns

  1. Send us back the items, only after our approval. Items sent back without approval are not our responsibility.

  2. Minimum value of the item/items returned should be Rs 300

  3. The shipping the items back and shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.

  4. Items must be unopened, unused, safely packed.

  5. Return request must be made within 2 days of order delivery.

  6. After the items reach us safely, refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

CANCELLATION

We do not encourage cancellation of orders. If at all, that has to be done from the customer's end, due to unavoidable circumstances, we hold the ability to deduct 15% of order value as restocking fees.

OUT OF STOCK

Stock Verification is an ongoing process to maintain accurate quantity. However , if one of the items you ordered is out of stock, you will be intimated about this over phone/mail.You can choose an alternative for the product or we can have the product cost as store credit.

PRE ORDER

If you wish for an item and it is not available with us, you can use the PRE ORDER form to do

  1. New Product Suggestion

  2. Restocking of Old Products.

Products can be made available in 2 weeks time. Payment is expected, after the item reaches India. TheCraftShop reserves the right to cancel any Pre order.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift Certificates form can be used to purchase voucher for your chosen denomination. For

  1. Your blog/FB readers for any giveaway from your side

  2. For Any occasion like Birthday, Valentines day, Diwali, Anniversary..etc

Both the sender and receiver will be sent emails with the details.
